Using the store
By accessing VAULENNE or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked shipping, privacy and refund policies. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter a purchase contract in your location. You may not misuse the site, interfere with security or use its content unlawfully.
Products and imagery
We aim to describe garments, materials, sizing and colors accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing batches can produce small differences. Some editorial model imagery may use AI-generated models; garment references are based on supplier product photography and are reviewed for material and construction consistency.
Prices and orders
Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Taxes, shipping and duties are shown or described at checkout where available. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel and refund an order for stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions or other legitimate reasons.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Risk and title transfer as required by applicable consumer law. Mandatory consumer protections in your location take priority over conflicting language in these terms.
Intellectual property and liability
VAULENNE branding, editorial copy, site design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded.
